The studio needed a new playable character but had no in- house technical artists available for rigging and animation. The asset had to drop straight into their existing Unity pipeline without breaking scripts or naming conventions.

Deep discovery of client files - we inspected the models already in production to understand their bone structure, file naming and import settings. Rig design aligned to their pipeline - created a custom skeleton that mirrors their existing setup so programmers did not have to re-map avatars. Animation pass - produced all required motions, checked playback in Unity, adjusted root motion and frame rate.
